WHAT IS HOME STAGING?
Home staging is setting a home with furniture, artwork, accessories and textiles to create a look and feel that is inviting for potential buyers. Essentially, it is preparing the residence for sale in the real estate marketplace.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PROPERTY SELLS IN UNDER THREE MONTHS?
That is our goal! if your property sells in under three months, then we have done a great job with our staging, and you and your agent have done a great job marketing and pricing the property. There are no discounts on staging if it sells quickly, however, this will cut the homeowner's carrying time and cut down on overall expenses related to having the home on the market.
HOW DOES A STAGING CONTRACT WITH VEECH DESIGNS WORK?
A Staging contract with Veech Designs will be a flat fee based on the needs of your property for a period of three months. The fee includes move in/out expenses, designs plan and installation with our professional stagers, and use of our staging inventory for a period of three months. A three month contract is industry standard.
WHAT IS A MARKET-READY MAKEOVER?
A Market-ready makeover is all the improvements made to a property in order to get it ready for today's real estate market. This can include painting, new kitchen/bathroom counter tops, new backsplash, new lighting fixtures, new carpet, power washing, and landscaping, and staging. In today's real estate market, we strive for a move-in ready property to keep up with the demand of an instant gratification buyer. To do this, we often have to make strategic changes to the property to make it up-to-date and move-in ready. We have a team of professionals who come together to help make this a seamless and turnkey process for sellers.
