Since forming a partnership in 2016, the sister-in-law team of Cindy Veech Prator and Holly Hess Veech at Veech Designs has been transforming spaces and coming up with new ways to recreate your favorite spots. We have helped many clients with both designing their personal spaces and getting their homes in market ready condition.  We have an eye for potential buyers, and a pulse on the Houston market.  We stay on top of local and national trends, and work diligently to bring a well procured look to all of our homes.

On the design side, your home or workplace is very personal, and so is the way we approach making it look and feel like it is your very own. We’re your partner, but we’re also your advocate, and go every step of the way in order to satisfy your vision.  On the staging side, we take the guess-work out of knowing what will be the best use of resources to accomplish the goal of selling your home for top dollar and for a shorter time on market.  All of these are valuable assets we can bring to the table based on methods we have used on hundreds of homes.
